Rich, creamy homemade chocolate ice cream that melts in your mouth. A decadent dessert made with quality cacao and only 5 ingredients for an irresistible treat any time of year.

Ingredients:

  • 2 (13.5 oz) cans of coconut cream (Use only the thick cream and save the watery liquid for smoothies)

  • 3/4 cup organic unsweetened cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup real maple syrup or to taste, or RxSugar- sugar-free allulose liquid

  • 1 tablespoon non-alcoholic vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch sea salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and churn according to the manufacturer’s directions.

  3. If you don’t own an ice cream machine, pour the mixture into a container with a lid and freeze for 5-6 hours, or until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
